Recycling

See this link for the Dos and Dont's of Recycling
Do not put recyclables in plastic bags

Examples of Acceptable Recycling Items:

• Newspapers, magazines, catalogs, junk mail, phone books, office use paper, and flattened cardboard

• Aluminum, steel or tin beverage/food cans

• Plastic containers with numbers 1 – 7 on the bottom

Examples of Unacceptable Recycling Items:

• Paper towels or used paper plates

• Polystyrene (styrofoam)

• Thermal paper or blueprints

• Plastic bags

• Food waste of any kind

What to remember:

• Containers may have labels and caps, but please rinse thoroughly and dry before putting in cart

• Items should be loose, not bagged, in the cart

• Any material left outside of the cart will not be collected.

Off Site Parking Options

As we have only 7 guest parking spots at RTI, please find some local external parking where Guests can park for a prolonged time when Guest parking spaces are full.

​

● Municipal Parking in front of Sands, next to the Fire Station for $75/month

● Municipal Garage is $100/month for rooftop and $150/month for covered parking

● Gabriel's church on 7th Street will let you park during the week for free in the last row by Riverside Drive but must move cars on weekends

Note:

● Owners can make arrangements between themselves regarding sharing their own RTI parking slot.

● Corey is not responsible for finding additional guest parking for Owners.

New Generator Update-4/7/22

Current generator was installed when the building was constructed in 1970 and had reached its end of life.

New generator was purchased and will have the following capabilities:

• Emergency lighting on all floors

• Stairwell lighting 

• Fire pump

• Elevators (at least one)

​

Pictures below show the removal of the old generator and the installation of the new generator.

Work is estimated to be completed week of April 10th

On Site Parking 

Guest Parking spaces are reserved for persons visiting owners in Riverside Towers.

​

A guest parking pass must be filled out completely and be visible on the car dashboard.

​

Guest parking passes are available in the lobby and under the owner's documents for self-printing.

​

Vehicles in Guest Parking spaces that do not have a valid Guest Parking Pass WILL BE TOWED without further notice.
